Step 2: Request Viewing
Our Client relation team will take care of all of your travel and accommodation needs for you. We can arrange your flights for you and 7 Best Invest will pay for your accommodation for up to 3 days in one of the local 4 star hotels.
Our local operations director will personally meet you from the airport and take you to your hotel. Once you have settled then our operations director will take you to the development site for your viewing where you will be given as much time as you need to look over our properties and the local areas.

Step 3: Agree to Purchase

About St. James Barbados
Barbados (IPA: [bar-be-dos]), situated just east of the Caribbean Sea, is an independent island nation in the western Atlantic Ocean. At roughly 13° North and 59° West, the country lies in the southern Caribbean region, where it is a part of the Lesser Antilles island-chain. Barbados is relatively close to the South American continent, around 434 kilometres (270 miles) northeast of Venezuela. Its closest island neighbours are Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to the west, Grenada to the south-west, and Trinidad and Tobago to the south, with which Barbados now shares a fixed official maritime boundary.
Barbados's total land area is about 430 square kilometres, (166 square miles), and is primarily low-lying, with some higher regions in the island's interior. The organic composition of Barbados is thought to be of non-volcanic origin and is predominantly composed of limestone-coral. The island's climate is tropical, with constant trade winds off the Atlantic Ocean serving to keep temperatures mild. Some more undeveloped areas of the country contain woodland and scrub land. The Village is on the left to the south of the water course reserve.
HOW CLOSE IS IT TO THE SHOPS AND BEACH?
The development is a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and a 3 minute walk to an excellent wide sandy beach, which has the benefit unusually of toilet changing facilities, a picnic area, shaded Casuarina trees and an area for parking. Sunbeds and parasols will be provided exclusively for the use of Village residents.

CONSTRUCTION
WHAT STAGE OF CONSTRUCTION IS THE DEVELOPMENT CURRENTLY?
Planning consent for the development has been approved. Pre-construction issues are now being finalised. The site has been cleared; hoarding erected and early landscaping has been planted.
WHEN WILL CONTRUCTION START?
It is anticipated that construction will commence in the 2nd quarter of 2008.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
The construction programme will take approximately 18 months.
WHO IS BUILDING IT - A REPUTABLE CONTRACTOR?
A contractor is yet to be appointed but it will be a reputable experienced and professional firm and the Developers own team of professionals will oversee the work.
WHEN IS THE EARLIEST DATE I CAN OCCUPY MY UNIT?
Depending on the method of construction it may be possible to occupy your unit before the total construction process is complete however not all services for example the swimming pool may be in operation at that stage due to ongoing building works. The current projected fully completed date is Christmas 2009.
WHAT IS THE METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION?
The building frame will be of reinforced concrete construction.
WILL IT WITHSTAND HURRICANES?
The building will be designed to hurricane standards and to comply with best practice.
WHO IS DOING THE INTERIOR DESIGN?
The interior design is being handled by D'Amico Designs based in Miami. The principal Teri D'Amico is personally handling all aspects of the interiors.
Those who commit to an early purchase may be allowed to make minor alterations to their apartment before the construction commences. It is also possible at this time to combine units if so desired.
