Ken Metcalf - CEO
Ken is the founder and CEO of 7 Best Invest Ltd and Tailormade Investment Villages Ltd. our sister company.
Ken is a developer in his own right, (in the UK, France, Italy and the Caribbean) and has been advising clients how and where to invest in property for the last 19 years.
He is responsible for sourcing excellent luxury property deals for our clients and working closely with the best developers in the world. Ken also develops our joint venture relationships with the best organisations in the world.
Stuart Johnson - Managing Director
Stuart is Managing Director. He is responsible for 7 Best Invest's Sales and Marketing, putting high net-worth individuals and seasoned property investors in touch with our 7 Best Invest luxury properties. He also oversees all aspects of the Sales process from marketing through to the clients walking into their completed luxury property. Stuart ensures all the luxury properties meet our criteria before offering them to our clients.
Stuart spent 10 years as a Management Consultant advising blue chip companies and government departments in the UK and overseas. He is an established property investor in the UK, but turned his attention to the overseas market several years ago.
Phil Hawthorne. B.A (Hons) F.C.M.A - Group Operations Director
Phil is our Group Operations Director and is responsible for assessing our luxury property deals and overseeing our due diligence process. He also tracks the progress of every 7 Best Invest property development site to ensure that build progress is on schedule and to the agreed specification.
Phil has many years experience of delivering new build and refurbishment projects within the residential, retail, commercial, leisure and public sectors. In addition Phil has extensive experience of developing sports and leisure brands having previously worked in the USA, Asia and Central Europe.
Ian Bottomley - Business Development Director
Ian has 30 years experience in banking, financial services, retail sector, services and property up to and including director level.
He specialises in raising funds on a joint venture basis for our property development projects - providing high returns for investors and enabling us to undertake more exclusive projects, creating wealth for our clients.
Jill Preece - Client Relations
Jill is responsible for liaising with high net-worth individuals and seasoned property investors with regard to our 7 Best Invest luxury property developments.
Jill handles all aspects of the Client's experience from initial contact to inspection visits and reservation.
John Hannah FCCA - Finance Manager and Company Secretary
John is the Finance Manager of the Group, responsible for all management and statutory information required for the business and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is also responsible for appraising our Joint Venture deals from a financial and statutory view point.
Prior to joining the Group John held a number of Senior Financial Management positions in a variety of organisations, over the last few years specialising in the Financial Services sector.
